WAB – Women’s Art Bra

From March 2nd to 18th at Bra Movincentro takes place the second edition of Wab – Women’s Art Bra an art work exhibition dedicated to women. More than 140 artworks of italian women artists including painting, pictures, drawings, installation, performance, sculptures show differnet actual aspetcs of beeing a woman artist. Visitors could vote for their favourite work to choose, with experts and critics, the winner of Wab second edition prize. A special exhibition is dedicated to Milly Turlini, Carrà apprentice.
The show will be open from Thursday to Sunday from 10 am to 12 am and from 15 to 20 pm. Guided tour for students are available from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 12 am from 3 pm to 6 pm by booking at + 39 0172 430185 or biennale@comune.bra.cn.it.
Vernissage on March the 2nd at 5 pm. On each Friday, Saturday and Sunday the show will hosts some artist (from 4 pm to 6 pm) and conferences: “How difficult is to be an artist?” (March 3rd at 6pm). On same day artist Marcella Cangià will perform live body painting. Award ceremony will take place on Sunday 18th March at Crb Auditorium (via Prinicipi) at 5 pm.
